Registration Fee

The registration fees below include attendance on both days of the conference, reception, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch and banquet, and an IS-Macau 2024 kit.

Registration fee (in Hong Kong dollars)

• To ensure the publication of your accepted paper in the conference proceedings, the registration fee must be paid on or before February 28, 2024.
• For smoother arrangements, please ensure payment for additional dinner tickets for your guests is made no later than May 15, 2024.

Early Bird Registrations

To qualify for the early registration fee, you must complete your payment by December 15, 2023.

Student Registrations

A student is defined as someone holding a student identification card from a recognized educational institution. It is mandatory to upload a copy of your student identification during the registration process; failure to do so will result in the full registration fee being charged.

Banquet Dinner

One banquet ticket is included in each registration fee. If you would like to bring a guest, please book an additional dinner ticket with your registration.

Booking

You will receive confirmation of the receipt of your booking form by email, typically within 48 hours. Further notice about the conference program, venue maps, etc. will be updated on the conference website and sent to the email address provided on your form in due course.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time. Bookings canceled less than 10 working days before the event will be charged in full. Each refund will be subject to the following fees:

Visa/MasterCard Charge: 4%

Bank transfer handling and administrative fee: HK$500 per transaction

Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
