POSTERS
Apart from the oral presentations, we open a session for poster presentations. Totally 43 posters have been received and they are divided into 4 topics. Each poster will be assessed by an international expert panel on criteria such as novelty, conceptual rigor, analytical depth, quality of results, and scientific communication. In addition, conference attendees can vote for the most popular posters, contributing 10% towards the final a wards selection. Participants are welcome to expore the posters online. The vote will open from June 15, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. to June 16, 2024 at 11:45 a.m.
Three awards per topic will be granted to recognize the most outstanding contributions. Please cast your votes here:

We invite researchers and experts to showcase their innovative ideas and advancements in the field of underground construction at our Poster Session. The conference will cover eight major topics:
- Basic Properties of Soft Soils
- Constitutive and Numerical Modeling
- New Technologies of Ground Improvement in Soft Ground
- Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning in Tunnelling and Underground Engineering
- Sustainability and Resilience of Underground Infrastructure
- Smart Monitoring and Visualization Technologies for Tunnelling and Underground Construction
- Observation Method in Underground Construction
- Field Case Studies
The Poster Session will take place during the conference from June 14th to 17th, 2024. Posters will be exhibited at the conference venue throughout the entire four-day event and will also be featured on our website.
Submission Deadline: May 20th, 2024
To display your poster, please complete the registration and payment process before May 20th, 2024.

Poster Preparation Guidelines:
- Template
Submitted posters MUST be formatted according to the template (PPT) below.
- Instructions
- Content: Include title, author(s) name and affiliation, objectives/introduction, methods, results, discussion, summary/conclusions, acknowledgments/publications.
- Identification: Clearly display the poster title at the top for easy identification.
- Printing: The conference will print posters for authors.
- Your poster should be submitted via the same online system as the paper submission.

Submission Instructions: Submit your poster by the deadline through the online system.
Review Process: A committee composed of international scholars will assess all submissions and choose the winners for the Best Poster Awards.
Selected posters will be invited to be expanded to full paper for submission to a special issue in the journals of Underground Space and Tunneling and
Underground Space Technology.
